1. Services
Snazzlo provides website design, development, hosting, and AI agent services for small businesses. Our services include a free initial website redesign, followed by an optional monthly subscription for hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support.
2. Free Redesign
The initial website redesign is provided at no cost to you. You are under no obligation to proceed with a paid subscription after reviewing the redesign. If you choose not to proceed, you owe nothing. The redesign remains the intellectual property of Snazzlo until a subscription is activated.
3. Monthly Subscription
If you choose to proceed, the monthly subscription covers website hosting, maintenance, security updates, AI agent operation, and ongoing support. Billing begins when your site goes live. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, we will assist with transitioning your website content to another provider if requested. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). You grant Snazzlo a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our services. Upon cancellation, we will provide your content upon request.
6. AI Agents
AI agents are provided as part of the monthly subscription. While we strive for accuracy, AI agents may occasionally provide imperfect responses. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI agent behavior for your business. We provide tools to monitor and adjust agent responses.
7. Uptime & Support
We aim for 99.9% uptime for hosted websites. We provide email and phone support during business hours, with emergency support available 24/7 for site outages. Content updates are typically completed within 1-2 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
Snazzlo's liability is limited to the fees paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
